MODERN EDUCATION SOCIETY’S NESS WADIA COLLEGE OF COMMERCE
The Modern Education Society, Pune was established on 15th February, 1932, to meet the demand for education by the residents of the eastern part of the city of Poona. The efforts of its founder, Prin. V. K. Joag, and of the Wadia brothers, Sir Cusrow Wadia and Sir Ness Wadia. Within six months The Nowrosjee Wadia College, was established on July 21, 1932. Over the years, it has become a popular choice to acquire an all-round quality education for many young men and women all over the country and abroad.
The Nowrosjee Wadia College was founded in 1932 with just 250 students. The College was initially affiliated to the University of Bombay but switched affiliation to the University of Pune (now Savitribai Phule Pune University) in 1949. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees in the Arts and Science faculty.

Admission
Admission Process for FYBBA, FYBBA (IB) and FYBBA (CA) courses will start after declaration of Maharashtra H.S.C. Board result. There will be no Entrance examination for these courses. Admissions are only on 12th Merit basis.
